In order to request a refund, we will need your transaction ID, your Drop ID and the email address used to create the Drop, to verify you are the issuer of the POAP.
Refunds should be requested to our support team by contacting us via chat bubble on the bottom right of any POAP page or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
All requested refunds go through a review process which usually takes 1-5 business days. If your drop qualifies for a refund, you will be notified via email or chat and will receive your refund in 5-10 days from the day the refund was confirmed. Approved refunds are at no cost to the purchaser.
POAP will send the refund to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase of the POAPs. All unused POAPs that are refunded will be revoked and no longer usable.
