If you've seen the message below, don't panic. This is a very simple issue to resolve.
The Issue:
You are seeing this message because the email that allows you to mint your POAPs to your Ethereum address has expired. You have not lost your right to mint the POAP and you will always have the ability to mint the POAP to an Ethereum address in the future.
The Solution:
Simply request a new email be sent to you so you may mint the POAPs to your Ethereum address.
Step 1
Click on the "Check your POAPs here" link, which should direct you to the POAP Scanner.
Step 2
On the POAP Scanner page, click on "input an address manually." Enter your email address on the following page to view the POAPs that have been reserved with it.
Step 3
On the page that follows, click the "Claim my POAPs" button and then "Confirm."
You will now receive a new email from POAP that will contain a link to mint the POAP to an Ethereum address. The email will look like this:
If you do not see the email within a few minutes, double-check your spam/junk folders.
Step 4
Click the "click here!" link.
... and enter your Ethereum address to mint your POAPs to your Ethereum wallet.
Afterward, you will see this screen:
Step 5
To confirm that you've minted your POAPs, follow the "Check your POAPs here" link.
... and verify that your Ethereum address is correct. If the address is correct and your POAPs are present, then you've successfully minted the POAPs to your Ethereum address/wallet.
It's important to note that although these POAPs are now held by your wallet, most wallets cannot display POAPs natively. This means that you'll need to use the POAP Scanner or the POAP app (iOS/Android) to view the collection held within your wallet.
