A step-by-step guide to setting up a Delivery, which allows you to whitelist which Ethereum wallet addresses can receive your POAP.
"Create a POAP Delivery" video tutorial
Prerequisites: Before setting up your POAP Delivery, you will need to have submitted a Drop. If you need help setting up a Drop, please see our Help Center article on Drop creation, "How to Create a POAP Drop"

On the next page, input your desired URL. This URL is unique to this Delivery and will be the link you share for whitelisted addresses to mint their POAPs. |
In the next fields, input the same title and description that you used on the initial Drop: |
In the final box, input the list of the wallet addresses you collected. Note: You cannot create a Delivery if there are duplicate addresses in the list.
- Your list should consist only of ETH addresses and/or ENS names
EXAMPLE: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000002, ENSaddress.eth
Once you have inputted all addresses and other info, click “Submit request.”
Once submitted, your Delivery will go through the curation process. The status of your Delivery can be seen at any time on your POAP Drops dashboard:
When your Delivery has been reviewed and approved, the status will update to indicate this: |
Editing your Delivery
|
Note: the title and description can be edited in the Drop, but addresses can not be edited once a Delivery has been submitted. The “active” toggle can be used to turn on/off your Delivery at any time. |
If a Delivery cannot be approved, curators may reach out to you (via the email provided when the Drop was set up) for the following reasons:
- Request for Information: in some cases, additional information is required by curators to make a decision.
- Conditional approval: In other cases, a Delivery may be approved with relatively minor changes. After an issuer revises their Drop, the Delivery will be approved promptly.
Drops are rejected when they are too far out of alignment with the POAP ethos, or when distribution presents too high a risk of POAPs ending up in the hands of those that should not be eligible. Ultimately, the final determination of whether a Drop is reviewed positively rests with the POAP Curation Body, as the stewards of the POAP ecosystem.
Have fun and happy POAP-ing!
